Objectives according to the Articles are:

Consultancy services, disaster contingency planning, change management, teaching and courses etc. for colleges, the business sector and other organisations.

Organisation:

Crisis/Organisation/Management, KOL AS was founded on 13.11.2002.

The Articles of Association were approved on 18/02/03.

The Company was registered in the Brønnøysund -registers on 26/02/02.

The Managing Director is Renate Grønvold Bugge, organisational consultant, specialist in clinical psychology NPF (Norwegian Psychological Association).

Assessment of the business year 2003:
There has been a steady flow of assignments this year as well. A couple of the long-term agreements have been terminated.

Some new assignments with a duration of up to half a year with an option to extend have arrived. A niche market has been developed in the Stockholm area. Inquiries regarding assignments span from individual lectures, day courses and seminars to be followed up over time. Clients are from the business sector, the health sector and voluntary organisations. Assignments include organisational development and coach/mentor for managers and clinical tuition.

Lectures/courses include: clear management, stress related to organisational change, both at a group and individual level. Crisis and crisis reaction. Bereaved by suicide. Children/adolescents and grief.

In May KOL AS left the partnership with Asterix AS. The activity did not meet the expectations and did not generate any assignments for KOL AS.

The object of the Company is the provision of: consultancy services; disaster contingency plans; change management; training, courses and seminars etc. for university colleges, the business sector and organisations.

The General Manager and Managing Director is Renate Grønvold Bugge, specialist in Clinical Psychology and organisation consultant.

The Board consists of chair Renate Grønvold Bugge and deputy board member Steinar Bugge.

Examples of courses/ seminars/ lectures:

Seminar for Frosta Municipality: The crisis team of the municipality, intervention and contingency plans.
Course assignments for the Safety Representative School, offshore, Sandnes in March and November: “People in crisis situations. Individuals, groups and organisation perspective”. This is a continuation of the annual collaboration from 1987.
Day course for the St. Lukas foundation, Sweden, held in Gothenburg: Interventions, organisation and debriefing in connection with accidents and crisis.

Conference participation:

· ISPSO, (International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations): Haarlem, the Netherlands.

Staff member at the Leicester conference, Tavistock, England.

Posts:

Organisation and programme committee for the ISPSO annual meeting in Stockholm 2007. Responsible for the workshop programme. ISPSO: International Society for Psychoanalytic Studies of Organisations).

Research and development:

There has been no research programme or organisational development within the Company in 2006.

Working environment:

The working environment in the Company is satisfactory. In 2006 there were no work injuries or sick leave. Apart from the Managing Director there is a secretary in a part- time position. Both are female.

External environment:

There are no conditions that indicate environmental pollution. The Company disposes of paper separately.
